Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together tahini, yogurt and garlic until combined.
Add lemon juice, salt, ground cumin, red pepper flakes, olive oil and fresh coriander. Stir to combine.
Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning as desired.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for later. Enjoy!
