Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoon tahini
  • 6 tablespoon natural yogurt or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium clove garlic, pressed or minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil optional
  • t tablespoon fresh coriander, finely chopped optional

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together tahini, yogurt and garlic until combined.
  • Add lemon juice, salt, ground cumin, red pepper flakes, olive oil and fresh coriander. Stir to combine.
  • Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning as desired.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for later. Enjoy!
