Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Rolled oats gluten-free if possible
  • 1 cup Almond milk or any plant-based milk of your choice
  • ½ cup Coconut yogurt or any yogurt of your choice
  • 2 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla essence optional
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut butter optional

Instructions
 

  • Just mix all ingredients, and that's it! Your oats mixture for overnight oats is ready.
  • Store it overnight or up to 6 hours in the fridge. Add your favorite toppings like fresh fruit, homemade fruit compote, nuts or seeds on the following day, just before serving. Get creative with the flavor combinations and enjoy a delicious breakfast the next day.
