Ingredients
  

  • 58 grams Ceremonial cacao powder
  • 1 grams Chaga mushroom powder
  • 2 grams Ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt I use Himalayan pink salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 550 ml Almond milk
  • Maple syrup or coconut sugar for sweetness optional

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, heat ceremonial cacao powder, chaga mushroom powder, cinnamon, salt, vanilla and almond milk over low heat until it's hot but not boiling.
  • Stir continuously until the cacao is melted and fully incorporated into the liquid.
  • Once the mixture is smooth, remove from heat and use a hand blender to blend until smooth.
  • Pour the hot chocolate into a mug and enjoy mindfully, savouring every sip.
